Select a garment and add the item to the basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or place an order.

If you want to continue shopping, repeat the process but if you want to place the order, click place the order as a guest or register (recommended option to make the purchase more agile in future purchases and to easily access the purchase history and status)

Once you have entered your data, check that they are correct and press "confirm". - - If you were already registered, enter your email and password to access.

Choose if you want to pick up your order at one of our Chela stores or receive it at home, and make sure that the shipping and billing address are correct.

What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?

We have the following means of payment: Pay later, Divide in 3, Pay in installments, Transfer or account deposit, cash on delivery, credit card, Paypal or Bizum.

- Pay later: Buy now, receive first and pay later. When your order leaves the store you will have 7 days to make the payment from the link that you will receive in your email or by bank transfer. +info

- Divide in 3: Pay your purchase in three months without costing you anything extra. Instantly, without paperwork or hidden tricks. +info

- Payment in installments: Divide the payment at the moment and without paperwork. Choose between 4, 6 and 12 months only with a small fixed cost per month. +info

Cash on delivery orders must be paid to the courier at the time of delivery and in cash, both in the Peninsula and in Portugal and the Balearic Islands. It is advisable to have the right amount to give to the courier since the courier is not obliged to provide change in cash.

Where I can get my order?

You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, etc.-never in a post office box) or at the Chela store of your choice.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the type of shipment selected. For deliveries to the store they are between 3 and 5 working days, for home deliveries between 2 and 4 working days. The delivery time for orders to the Canary Islands is 7 to 10 working days.

We do everything possible to meet these deadlines, but since we depend on third-party companies that deal with the shipment, we cannot guarantee them one hundred percent, so failure to comply with them cannot be cause for cancellation of the order or compensation.

How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?

For store deliveries, shipping is free. Home delivery costs are 5.99 EUR for the entire peninsula, the Balearic Islands and Portugal. For the Canary Islands the shipping cost is €10.99.

What is the home delivery process?

If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with a tracking number (with a link to the courier company's website) and finally the carrier will contact you by SMS or e-mail to inform you of the delivery of your order.

What should I do to give the item back?

The easiest way to return an item is at one of our Chela stores. The garments must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding ticket.

If you prefer that we pick it up at your home, you can request a return to your home by sending a private message on Facebook to Chelamoda or by sending an e-mail to info@chela.es. After verifying all the data, we will send a carrier to pick up your package in the next 48 hours (whenever possible). To arrange the collection, the transport company will contact you. If, for any reason, you are not convinced by the date they offer you, contact them to change it.

What is the deadline to make a return?

The term for any return is one month from the date of purchase in any of our stores. If the return is at home, it is 14 days.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

Changes are free once per purchase as long as the order does not have a previous promotion, two promotions are not applicable in the same order. If more changes have to be made, the client must pay the cost of the transport necessary to make the change.

In case of return, the transport cost that you already paid, so only the price of the garment will be paid.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, we will make an account deposit of the amount of the garment.

When will I receive my refund?

After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and have the inside labels) the amount will be credited to your account in a few days.

How should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?

By contacting our customer service department (info@chela.es or by calling 638 133 055 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday to Friday), we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

Chela.es reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

Can I exchange my items?

- FOR ANOTHER DIFFERENT ARTICLE paying the difference.
